Despite an increase in the number of missing teeth, the patient had enough jaw bone volume to be fitted with All-on-4 in his upper and lower jaw.

Patient 2

The patient had an All-on-4 implanted in both jaws. We originally fitted the All-on-4 in the lower jaw, and the patient also decided to solve the problem in the upper jaw a few years later. The result is a durable solution and a functional and aesthetically beautiful smile.

Zygoma All-on-4

Patient 1

A completely toothless patient was provided with the most sustainable and high-quality solution for his case. An All-on-4 was implanted in his upper jaw, with 2 zygomatic and 2 cortical implants, and an All-on-6 was implanted in the lower jaw.

Patient 2

We implanted an All-on-5 in the upper jaw (2 zygomatic and 3 cortical implants) and an All-on-4 in the lower jaw.

Pterygoid implants

Patient 1

We implanted an All-on-6 in the patient’s upper jaw (2 zygomatic, 2 pterygoid and 2 cortical implants) and distal metal and ceramic bridges on the implants in the lower jaw.

We implanted an All-on-6 in the upper jaw (2 pterygoid and 4 cortical implants) and an All-on-5 in the lower jaw.

Subperiosteal implants

The complete rehabilitation of the jaw was achieved with All-on-4 (2 zygomatic and 2 cortical implants) in the upper jaw. In the lower jaw, 2 subperiosteal and 2 cortical implants were implanted.

Patient 2

The patient came to the office to look for a permanent solution for the lower jaw and to replace the existing prosthetics in the upper jaw. In the lower jaw we placed 2 subperiosteal implants and 4 cortical implants, while in the upper jaw, a new All-on-6 prosthetic reconstruction was performed on the existing implants.

With orthodontic therapy (the so-called Social Six), in just a few months, using fixed braces with aesthetic brackets, we corrected minor imperfections in the position of the upper front teeth of our patient, who is absolutely satisfied with the result of the therapy.

One of the most challenging orthodontic anomalies is an open bite, and this was precisely the problem of one of our patients who contacted us. However, her motivation for fixed braces therapy and our knowledge and skills led to a makeover of her smile.

With this patient, we opted for AOO (Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics). This is an orthodontic and surgical therapy where visible results are achieved in the first 100 days and the duration of the therapy is three times shorter. The result of the therapy is more stable and the therapy itself is more biologically justified. The basic indication (prerequisite) for AOO is completed bone growth and development and accordingly, of course, an orthodontic anomaly.

Long-lasting and very successful, but also extremely demanding orthodontic class III therapy was started in mixed dentition when the patient was a child. We started the therapy with mobile braces and continued with fixed braces, which led to today’s beautiful smile and proper bite of our patient, who is now a young girl.

Even with a narrow jaw and crowded teeth, there is a solution! In this challenging case, at the beginning of the therapy and before the placement of fixed braces, we used a device to widen the palate, without which this transformation would not have been so amazing. We are proud of our patient’s new smile!

After our patient underwent implantoprosthetic work and the implantation of a pterygoid implant, we opted for a circular bridge – a combination of metal and ceramic crowns in the distal segments of the jaw and zircon and ceramic crowns in the frontal segments of the jaw.

The patient came to us to finish therapy that he started in another office. We replaced the existing temporary prosthetic work, with which the patient came to our clinic, with permanent work made of zircon and ceramic crowns in the 16–26 and 43–32 ranges.

After the placement of the implant, the patient was fitted with a circular bridge that carries metal and ceramic crowns in the 17–27 and 37–47 ranges.

After placing the pterygoid and zygomatic implants, we implanted zircon and ceramic crowns in the 17–27 and 46–37 ranges. This patient’s therapy was extremely long (more than 80 visits) but the results are amazing!

The patient underwent full jaw rehabilitation with a combination of implants and prothetics which include metal and ceramic crowns and dental bridges. The missing molars on the left-hand side of the upper jaw were replaced with pterygoid implants, while an augmentation was performed on the right-hand side in order to build up the bone and enable the insertion of two cortical implants.

Patient 2

The patient came to us with a severe abrasion of the tooth surface caused by his age, acidic drinks and grinding his teeth at night. There were minimal dental surfaces available in the upper and lower jaw, but thanks to our skills, we restored the patient’s smile with zirconium oxide ceramic crowns.

Patient 3

The patient’s intermaxillary situation was completely rehabilitated with metal and ceramic crowns and bridges, which successfully restored the function and aesthetics of the smile. In addition to the teeth regaining their full functionality, special emphasis was placed on achieving aesthetic perfection. By applying the “golden ratio” principle, optimal facial harmony was restored, allowing a natural and symmetrical smile. Also, the so-called “black triangles”, which are gaps between the teeth and gums caused by receding gums or misaligned teeth, were successfully closed, further improving aesthetics and providing a harmonious appearance of the teeth and gums. The patient was given a beautiful and functional a smile that boosted her everyday confidence.

Patient 4

The entirety of the patient’s jaw was rehabilitated with metal and ceramic circular bridges that replaced all the teeth with permanent and aesthetically pleasing solutions. This combined procedure, which includes the insertion of implants, allowed the full restoration of biting and chewing functions. Without stable function, the aesthetic result would not be achieved because proper function and aesthetics are interconnected. The patient left our office satisfied, with renewed confidence and a smile on his face.
